Because the products Polliwog Place offers are digital, refunds will only be offered under the following situations:
- You purchased two or more licenses for the same product accidentally. I would be happy to refund you for the duplicate purchases. Please contact me here.
- There is a technical problem with the product file that can not be resolved.
If either of these situations applies to you, please contact me here within 14 days of your original purchase to request a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for funds to appear on your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me here.
